Terms and Conditions

All prices are in US$, FOB Flemington NJ, USA. Prices do not include shipping and any applicable taxes. The prices are for US customers; they are also valid for customers in most other countries.

Payment should be in US$ by check drawn on a US bank or by direct transfer.

Terms

US customers: net 30 days.
Overseas customers: net 30 days if arranged in advance (3 favorable US references required) or full payment in advance or irrevocable letter of credit. All fees payable by customer.

Delivery

Delivery on some items is 10-12 weeks. However, many items are available from stock. Please contact us for availability.

Warranty

Fiber Sigma warrants its products to be free from defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a minimum period of 90 days from date of shipment. Fiber Sigma's liability is limited to replacing, repairing or issuing credit, at its option, for any products which are returned by the original purchaser during the warranty period. Fiber Sigma does not warrant that its products are fit for the use or purpose to which they may be put. Fiber Sigma's liability on any claim for loss or damage arising out of the sale, resale, or use of any of its products shall in no event exceed the selling price of the products.
